We represent hotel owners and operators, tour guide operators, real estate owners, lessors and lessness, construction companies, franchisors and franchisees, parties involved in trademark and licensing matters and disputes, and litigants and parties to arbitration disputes in the hospitality sector. We assist our clients in setting up and acquiring businesses in the hospitality sector, including buyers and sellers of distressed assets. We know joint venture relationships and agreements – we drafted the Thai chapter of the American Bar Association’s International Joint Ventures: A Guide for U.S. Lawyers.
