We have over 25 years’ experience in Thailand over 13 years’ experience in the U.S. Our founding partner is a dual national, U.S. and Thai, who has handled major transactions involving hundreds of millions of dollars, disputes in the form of jury trials in the U.S. and complex international arbitrations proceedings in the U.S. and Asia and sensitive compliance investigations.

A law firm is no more than the people who work in that firm. We do not have or want a marketing department. Clients do not benefit from quirky slogans and marketers.

Our firm consists of skilled Thai licensed lawyers from Thailand’s best law schools, such as Thammasat University; and our managing director is a foreign qualified lawyer, who graduated from a top U.S. law school, has decades of experience in Thailand and holds U.S. & Thai nationality.
