Douglas Mancill has been licensed to practice law in California since 1984. He is a dual national: Thai and American. He has resided in Thailand since 1998. He was seconded to Thailand to shore up the local Thai practice of the firm now known PriceSanond (then known as Price, Sanand, Prabhas & Wynne). He was the lead foreign facing lawyer at PS until he was recruited by a major multinational firm to shore up their corporate practice in Thailand.
